Graphic Design
Design that does the persuading before the copy has to.

Design Is Conversion Infrastructure
There is a persistent idea in business that graphic design is a cosmetic expense — something you do after the important decisions are made. The data disagrees. Studies consistently show that design quality is among the fastest variables people use to assess whether a business is credible enough to engage. A poorly designed brochure at a trade show does not just fail to convert — it actively signals that your business lacks the attention to detail customers associate with reliability. Design is not decoration. It is part of your sales process.
At Digital Bengali, every design decision is made with the end-user's response in mind. We ask what action this piece needs to drive, what emotional state the viewer is in when they see it, and what the nearest competitor alternative looks like. The answer to those three questions shapes the visual treatment, the hierarchy of information, and the call-to-action placement. The result is design work that earns its place in your marketing budget by contributing measurably to your conversion rates and brand recall.
Marketing Collateral, Presentations & Print Materials
The range of materials we produce covers the full arc of a business development cycle. Before a meeting, your pitch deck and capability statement set the tone. During a tender process, a well-designed proposal document separates a serious bidder from a pile of templates. At events and trade shows, banners, standees, and brochures do the ambient selling while your team has conversations. Each of these touchpoints is an opportunity to either reinforce or undermine the brand position you are trying to own.
Our team handles design for pitch decks and investor presentations, company profile documents, product brochures and catalogues, trade fair banners and standee artwork, corporate report layouts, and packaging design for consumer and export products. All print materials are delivered with production-ready specifications — correct resolution, colour profile, bleed, and trim marks — so there are no surprises at the print house.

Social Media Graphic Systems
One-off social media graphics are expensive to produce and impossible to scale. The better model is a design system: a set of locked templates with variable content zones built around your brand guidelines. When your team needs a new post, they update the text and image in an approved template rather than commissioning a fresh design from scratch. Output velocity increases, approval time drops, and — critically — every post on your feed looks like it was designed by the same hand.
We build these systems as editable master files in Canva or Adobe Illustrator, with separate template sets for feed posts, story frames, carousel covers, and promotional announcements. Alongside the files, we produce a one-page usage guide so any team member can produce on-brand content without needing a designer in the loop for every output. For businesses running managed social media, this system plugs directly into a monthly content calendar workflow.

Service Parameters & FAQs
Do you work with our existing brand guidelines?
Yes, working within an established brand is our default mode. If you have a style guide, a defined colour palette, and approved typefaces, we follow them precisely — no creative reinterpretation unless you ask for it. If your existing guidelines are incomplete or inconsistent, we will flag the gaps and can extend them as part of the project scope. We ask clients to share all brand assets at the start of every engagement so we are aligned before work begins.
How fast is your turnaround?
Standard project turnaround for most graphic design deliverables is five to seven business days from approved brief to first draft. Simpler single-asset requests such as a social media post or a banner can often be turned around within two to three days. Rush timelines are available for time-sensitive campaigns — contact us with your deadline and we will confirm availability. All timelines are agreed in writing before the project starts so there are no surprises on either side.
