Is there a minimum contract term?
Our standard minimum engagement is three months. This is not arbitrary — it reflects the realistic time required for a remote staff member to reach full productivity in a new environment. Clients who have tried one-month trials consistently report that the staff member spent the first three weeks learning internal systems and the final week being evaluated on that still-incomplete foundation.
